ABOUT
The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles a fraternal socio-civic organization duly established pursuant to its constitution and by-law adopted in Quezon City, Philippines, on 7th day of July 1979 and now part of the Eagles Magna carta, has granted and given the right of organization  to Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club on October 28, 2022.

Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club, Inc. originated from Central Visayas Region VI now under the warm wings of the newly chartered region, Central Visayas Region XIV.

HUMANITARIAN & SOCIO-CIVIC SERVICES

Humanitarian and Socio Civic Services is a collection of services and development activities to enhance the quality of life of families, communities and qualified target beneficiaries of Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club. It aligns to one of the prominent slogans of the The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles dubbed, "Touching Lives" through a proper selection, assessment and qualification process in identifying worthy recipients.

COMMUNITY SAFETY & SECURITY

The Community Safety and Security program is a set of briefings, training, communication, and education activities and projects to help communities, LGUs, public and private government support groups protect communities and critical infrastructure and services against natural and man-made disasters. Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club aims to play an active role in community safety to lessen the impact of man-made and natural disasters. It also hopes to contribute to the ability of communities to work closely with law enforcement agencies in suppressing criminality through an effective education, training support and awareness programs.

MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Membership Development is a portfolio of services, activities, events, and projects the objective is to enhance the abilities, capabilities, knowledge, and skills of charter members. These will enable charter members to participate actively and contribute effectively to the chartered club programs, projects, and activities. Membership development includes developing leadership capabilities of chartered members.

Thus any other persons or individuals deliberately and willfully misrepresenting the Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club and The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles, Inc. are clearly engaging in illicit acts contrary to law and is deemed illegal and criminal in nature. The Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club will not hesitate to take appropriate legal actions to address these acts inimical to lawful practices and objectives of TFOE-PE and which are unacceptable entirely to all members of TFOE-PE as an organization. Warm hearts in action in a cold rainy day! Our salute to the members of Batch Alpha, (1st Batch of Aspirants) and all Kuya for actively participating in the 1st Aspirant Socio Civic Activity that benefited the ALS Division of the Tejero Elementary School, through the schools Brigada Eskwela Plus and Adopt-A-School Program. The activity aims in reinforcing the daily operations of the ALS Division Teachers/Officers for the benefit of our less fortunate ALS students.
