Fraternal Partnerships - Project Caohagan Island

A socio-civic and humanitarian effort jointly undertaken by the Cebu North Mandaue Eagles Club (CNMEC) and the Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club (FVEC) unfolded with the turn over of the floating outpost and consequent distribution of school kits and slippers for the children of Caohagan Island. Under a "Joint Bantay Karagatan Cooperation" of CNMEC and FVEC, the event was a product of a collaborative effort of the Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, City Government of Lapulapu and the City Mayors Office through our highly dynamic Mayor "Kuya Mayor Ahong Chan and was graced by the presence of Mr. Edward Obrien from the US Embassy.
