What We Do

A socio-civic and humanitarian effort jointly undertaken by the Cebu North Mandaue Eagles Club (CNMEC) and the Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club (FVEC) unfolded with the turn over of the floating outpost and consequent distribution of school kits and slippers for the children of Caohagan Island. Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club, then under TFOE - PE Central Visayas Region VI, delivers a promise to our brothers in Bgy. Looc. "Oplan Paradise" made its way today through the "Alalayang Agila" and shared food packs, canned goods, rice, other basic needs and bottled waters to the fire victims. Congratulations to a very successful triple event! The "Indoctrination of the remaining aspirants of the Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club , mandatory Tree Planting followed by a Team Building Activity designed to reinforce our compliance with EO No.: 005-2022. Newly accepted "full pledged applicants" immersed in an introductory skill enhancement program dubbed the Tactical Defensive Pistol Course which aims to impart a strategic learning experience thereby increasing mental, psychological, physical fitness among applicants, promote competitiveness, bond, fun and camaraderie among its members. FVEC Members carried out restoration, repainting & beautification of a community Chapel in Sitio Libo, Bgy. Sta. Cruz, San Fernando Cebu made possible by the Aspirants, all Mentoring Kuya and sponsoring friends of the Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club, a Chartering Club then under Central Visayas Region VI.
